Can I submit qualifications one at a time and finish later?
Yes, but you must click “Submit” in order to save your progress. If you'd like to come back later to upload more documents, you will again click “Respond” on the opportunity page.
What happens once I submit all of my qualifications?
Your qualifications will be pending review. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
What if I don't receive a confirmation email after submitting all of my qualifications?
Check your other inboxes, including "promotions" and "spam". You may also check your status by going to communityschools.galaxydigital.com, clicking on your initials in the upper left hand corner, clicking "View Profile", and navigating to "Qualifications"
If I am 16 or 17 years old, do I have to submit all of my qualifications?
If you are 16 or 17, you do not need your Mandated Reporter Training or your NSOR documents. You must instead submit blank documents for these two qualifications.
How do I sign up for my weekly shifts?
Navigate to “Opportunities”, choose an opportunity, and click “Respond”. You will then be able to select you preferred day(s).
Note: If you choose “Thursdays” for example, you must choose ALL Thursdays to reflect weekly service.
Can I sign up for shifts at multiple sites?

"For example, you may sign up for Tuesdays at one site and Thursdays at another site, but you must commit to weekly service at both."
Do I have to log my hours?
